LABIFY

LABIFY is a dietary supplement brand from Gdańsk, founded in December 2023 by clinical dietitians Sylwester and Wiktoria Kłos. LABIFY supplements are capsules in the Body, Energy, Mind, Gut, and MONO series, as well as vegan gummies, with a portion also specified for children. Each package indicates the daily portion, so you immediately know how many days it will last.

Where the brand came from

The founders recommended supplements imported from the USA to patients for years because they could not find products in Poland with sufficient doses and simple compositions. This practice led to the brand’s principles: no unnecessary fillers, colorants, or sugar, with doses stated clearly and with active forms of vitamins.

LABIFY supplements: Body, Energy, Mind, and Gut series

The capsules from these four series are formulas composed of several ingredients. Here are the most important items in a portion.

• Body B Complex+: eight B vitamins in active forms, with vitamin C and zinc
• Body Magnez+: three forms of magnesium, totaling 199 mg of the element, with vitamin B6 in the form of P-5-P
• Body D3+: vitamin D3 at a dose of 4000 IU with vitamin K2 MK-7, calcium citrate, and quercetin
• Body Omega 3+: 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA in a capsule, with added vitamin E
• Energy Power+: lion’s mane, guarana, and rhodiola rosea, about 75 mg of caffeine in the daily portion
• capsules with forskolin and maca: forskolin from Indian nettle, maca, tribulus, and zinc, caffeine-free
• Mind with NALT and coenzyme Q10: 500 mg N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NALT), coenzyme Q10, green tea extract, and copper
• Mind with ETAS and reishi: ETAS® from asparagus and reishi extract at 200 mg each, ashwagandha and GABA at 100 mg each
• Gut with sodium butyrate: 450 mg sodium butyrate with colostrum and lactoferrin
• GutBiome7: seven strains of bacteria, 129 billion CFU in the daily portion

MONO series: one ingredient in a capsule

MONO consists of capsules with one active ingredient. This makes it easier to sum the dose with what you take in other preparations and to create your own set without duplicating ingredients.

• Sodium butyrate MONO: 600 mg of sodium butyrate in a capsule
• Chromium MONO: 200 µg of chromium in the form of picolinate
• Folic acid MONO: 600 µg of folic acid, which is 300% of the nutrient reference value
• Quercetin MONO: quercetin from Japanese pearlwort, standardized to 95%
• Magnesium Simag® MONO: sea magnesium, 375 mg of the element in the daily portion
• L-theanine MONO: 200 mg of L-theanine with 99% purity from green tea leaves

Gummies for adults and children

All LABIFY gummies are vegan and sugar-free. D3 gummies contain 1000 IU of vitamin D3 in one gummy and have an orange flavor, while Melatonin Gummies contain 1 mg of melatonin and have a Scandinavian fruit flavor.

Nubi are raspberry gummies with vitamin C, providing 50 mg in each gummy, with a portion specified separately for children from 3 years old. Old names on the packages

Several products have changed names, so on older packages and photos, you may encounter old designations.

• Body Balance is now Body B Complex+, and Body Benefit is Body Magnez+
• Body Build is Body D3+, and Body C-Defence is Body Witamina C+

Frequently asked questions

How long does one package last?

It depends on the daily portion. Body Omega 3+ and Body Magnez+ contain 60 capsules at one per day, which means 60 days. Body D3+, Mind with ETAS and reishi, and GutBiome7 last for 30 days, as the portion is two or three capsules. Most MONO capsules come in packages of 90 capsules for 90 days.

Which LABIFY products contain caffeine?

Caffeine is present in Energy Power+: about 75 mg in the daily portion from two capsules, from guarana and added caffeine. Capsules with forskolin and maca are caffeine-free. Do not consume Energy Power+ capsules with other products that are sources of caffeine. The daily portion is indicated on each package.

How does the MONO series differ from the Body series?

MONO has one active ingredient in a capsule, while Body products combine several. Magnesium Simag® MONO contains only sea magnesium, 375 mg per portion, while Body Magnez+ combines three forms of magnesium with vitamin B6. Choose MONO when you want to adjust the dose of one ingredient, and Body when you prefer a ready-made combination.

Are LABIFY gummies suitable for children?

Nubi gummies with vitamin C are intended for children. Nubi are raspberry gummies, vegan and sugar-free, providing 50 mg of vitamin C in each gummy. The portion is specified separately for two age groups, with the younger group being children from 3 years old, so check the label before giving it to your child.
