Purize

PURIZE is a German brand of activated carbon filters for rolls. In addition to filters, the offer includes unbleached papers, ready-made cones with a filter, grinders, and rolling trays. PURIZE filters differ in diameter, length, wrapper color, and packaging size, but the construction is the same everywhere.

Purize filters: how they are constructed

The interior is filled with activated carbon from coconut shells, and both ends are closed with heat-resistant ceramic caps. Thanks to them, the filter has no side that needs to be inserted first. The wrappers are colored with food-safe dyes, and the filters are made in Germany.

You insert the carbon filter in place of a regular tip, which is a rolled piece of cardboard. The tip stiffens the end of the roll and prevents material from falling into the mouth, but it does not filter anything. Sizes: diameter and length

You choose the filter diameter according to the paper and how free the draw should be.

• XTRA Slim: 6 mm diameter and 25 mm length, for slim and King Size Slim papers
• Slim: 7 mm, in between XTRA Slim and Regular
• Regular: 9 mm, for wider rolls and pipes with a 9 mm socket
• BIG Size: 14 mm, fits only in King Size Wide papers
• XTRA Long: 6 mm diameter at 40 mm length
• Regular Short: 9 mm diameter at 27 mm length, shorter and more compact in the mouthpiece
• Conical and Super Slim: conical filter and the narrowest format of the brand

Packaging and colors

You can buy the same filter in a trial pack and in bulk, most often in packs of 10, 50, 100, or 250 pcs. Larger packs are resealable bags, and some variants are in a glass jar that will be useful in the kitchen after emptying.

The color of the wrapper does not change the construction of the filter. Available colors include white, pink, yellow, green, lilac, and blue, as well as the Organic version, rainbow Rainbow, and SPY with a brown-yellow camouflage pattern.

Papers and ready-made cones

The basic PURIZE papers are unbleached and made from natural plant fibers, hence the light brown color of the paper. The weight is 14 g/m², and the formats are King Size and King Size Slim. Packs contain 32 sheets, promotional editions have 32 plus 10 free, and PURIZE 420 is a supply of 420 sheets.

Inside Out has a glue strip on the outer side of the sheet, so in the finished roll, there is one layer of paper left. The ready-made Pre-Rolled Cones made of unbleached paper are 109 mm long and have a built-in XTRA Slim filter, just fill them. Grinders, trays, and pipes

The two-part hemp grinder has a diameter of 55 mm and fits in the hand. The four-part aluminum grinder has a diameter of 50 mm, a screen, and a lower container for fine powder, and the lid is held by a magnet. Metal trays have a size of 27 x 16 cm, and the Mini Pipe is a wooden pipe with a socket for the PURIZE carbon filter.

Frequently asked questions

Which size of PURIZE filter should I choose?

For slim and King Size Slim papers, choose XTRA Slim with a diameter of 6 mm. Regular 9 mm fits wider rolls, and Slim 7 mm is in the middle. BIG Size 14 mm can only be rolled in King Size Wide paper. All sizes have the same construction.

Does the color of the filter matter?

No, for the function. The filling, caps, and diameter are the same, and only the wrapper and packaging differ. You choose the color for yourself or for the paper. Available colors include white, pink, yellow, green, lilac, and blue, as well as Organic, Rainbow, and SPY versions.

Which side to insert the filter?

Any side. Both ends have heat-resistant ceramic caps, so the filter is symmetrical. You insert it where the tip usually goes, which stiffens the end of the roll but does not filter anything, and roll the joint as usual. The interior is filled with activated carbon from coconut shells.

Is it worth buying a large pack of filters?

Yes, if you already know your size. Filters do not spoil, and the bag can be resealed, so a supply of 100 or 250 pcs can wait calmly. For the first time, a pack of 10 pcs is enough. Some variants are in a glass jar that will be useful in the kitchen after emptying.
