Multi-herbal formulations

The second group consists of compositions of several plants in one tablet. Septilin combines guggul, licorice, and Tinospora cordifolia, Gasex combines ginger with Triphala, which is a classic blend of three dried fruits, and Tentex Forte is a formulation with four herbs. This group also includes Abana, Himplasia, Pilex, and Party Smart, the latter in capsules.

The daily portion is indicated on the label, for Septilin and Tentex Forte it is 2 tablets twice a day. Pilex has a two-step scheme: first 2 tablets twice a day, then 1 twice a day.

Shilajit and toothpaste

Shilajit, also known as mumio, is a thick, dark resin collected from rock crevices in high mountains and purified before packaging. Himalaya sells it as resin in a 20 g jar and in capsules of 500 mg, with 60 capsules in a package.
