Progress Labs

Progress Labs is a Polish dietary supplement brand that has been developing and producing products with vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts since 2010. Progress Labs supplements are mostly single-ingredient products: one raw material in a plant capsule, without herbal mixtures and without added vitamins. The amount of the ingredient per serving is stated directly, and for vitamins and minerals, also in percentages of the nutrient reference value (NRV).

One raw material in a capsule

Nettle is just nettle, and shilajit is just shilajit. With such preparations, you know exactly what and in what quantity you are taking.

• Common nettle: 600 mg of leaf extract (Urtica dioica) in a capsule, extract 20:1, one capsule daily, 90 capsules per package
• Shilajit, or Himalayan mumio: 400 mg of extract in a capsule, standardized to 20% fulvic acids, which gives 80 mg, one capsule daily
• Potassium citrate: just potassium citrate, 972 mg in a capsule, including 350 mg of potassium ions

Mumio is a black-brown, resinous substance from mountain rock crevices, known from Ayurvedic tradition. The extract is obtained in the Indian Himalayas exclusively using water. Similar raw materials can be found in the categories Ayurveda and Plant Extracts.

Magnesium with potassium and portion to choose

Magnesium Potassium Vitamin B6 is an exception to the rule of one ingredient. One capsule contains 480 mg of magnesium citrate, including 75 mg of magnesium ions (20% NRV), 320 mg of potassium citrate, and 1.85 mg of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate.

You choose the portion yourself, as the manufacturer allows from one to three capsules daily. For potassium alone, the portion is two capsules, which means 1944 mg of citrate and 700 mg of potassium ions (35% NRV). Both preparations contain minerals in the form of citrates. Vcaps capsules and short composition

The capsules are plant-based, made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (Vcaps). In the preparations with magnesium and potassium, the composition ends with the raw material and the coating: there are no magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, or microcrystalline cellulose.

Nettle, shilajit, potassium, and magnesium with potassium are free from sugar, salt, and starch, with a NON-GMO declaration. All four are marked as suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vitamin B Complex

Vitamin B Complex contains eight B vitamins in one tablet, each in an amount covering 100% of the nutrient reference value. The portion is one tablet daily, and the package contains 120 tablets.

• B1 (thiamine mononitrate): 1.1 mg
• B2 (riboflavin): 1.4 mg
• B3 (niacinamide): 16 mg
• B5 (calcium D-pantothenate): 6 mg

From one to three daily, you choose the portion yourself. One capsule provides 75 mg of magnesium ions, and three capsules provide 225 mg, which is 60% NRV. One capsule contains 480 mg of magnesium citrate, 320 mg of potassium citrate, and 1.85 mg of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate.

What does standardization of shilajit to 20% mean?
