Glass Container with Hygrometer HERO PRO

For the PRO series, the manufacturer declares an IP65 rating, meaning the housing is resistant to dust and water jets, but not suitable for immersion. This is not a vacuum container: it has no pump or valve, and the conditions inside are maintained by the sachet. The glass does not absorb odors, so the next contents will not take on the aroma of the previous one.

If you keep two strains, take two containers, as closed together they exchange odors.

A convenient setup is a large jar for storage at home and a small container carried with you, refilled every few days. In your backpack, wrap the glass in something soft or store it in a rigid pocket.

Humidity Regulators

Boveda, Integra Boost, and HERO sachets work bidirectionally: they release moisture when the container is too dry and absorb it when there is too much. The classic threshold is 62%, while lower ones are Boveda 58% and Integra Boost 55% sachets.

You choose the sachet size based on the amount of herbs. Boveda recommends a 4 g sachet for 15 g of herbs, and an 8 g sachet for 30 g. Integra recommends a 4 g sachet for 12 g, and an 8 g for 28 g. The HERO 6 g sachet is intended for about 20 g of herbs, and the 67 g sachets are for large jars.

Do not cut or wet the sachet; place it loosely on the contents. Replace it when it hardens and stops being flexible to the touch, and in Integra Boost, the dot on the card turns blue before replacement. The Integra Boost Terpene versions additionally release the aroma of a selected terpene, such as limonene or pinene.

Daily Maintenance

Before the first filling, wipe the inside with a dry cloth, insert the contents, add the regulator, and close the lid. The hygrometer reading stabilizes after a few hours, so do not assess it immediately after closing. Keep the container away from radiators and windowsills in full sunlight.

Do not wash containers with hygrometers in the dishwasher, as there are electronics and a button battery in the lid. Rinse the body with lukewarm water and dry it, and wipe the lid with a soft cloth.
