Oxymel is an old recipe: vinegar and honey, in which vegetables and herbs are macerated. The manufacturer states that in this version, maceration lasts several weeks and is done by hand, with apple cider vinegar as the base. Garlic and ginger remain in the macerate, so the taste is sour-sweet and spicy. The list closes with five ingredients and honey, without flavors and thickeners.
Tea: one teaspoon per cup
Pour with water and cover during brewing to keep the oils from escaping. The manufacturer counts about fifty cups from the 50 g package.
