How long does InPost delivery take in Poland?

A package sent before 17:45 usually arrives at the parcel locker the next business day. In practice, we count 1 to 2 business days from dispatch, depending on the distance from Warsaw and the load of the sorting center.

Do parcel lockers operate on Saturdays and Sundays?

The devices are available seven days a week, and most of them are open 24 hours, so you can pick up your package on weekends as well. We send our shipments on business days. InPost offers a separate paid service called Package on Weekend: a package sent on Friday before the cutoff time for a given postal code will arrive at the parcel locker over the weekend.

What happens to the package on holidays?

On public holidays, sorting centers do not operate, and deliveries are suspended. Orders placed the day before a holiday are shipped the same day, but will reach the parcel locker on the first business day after the break.

How long does a package wait in a parcel locker?

48 hours from the moment the courier places it in the locker and you receive a notification. You can extend the deadline in the InPost app for another 24 hours for an additional fee, and you can repeat this. An uncollected package is taken by the courier and returned to the sender, so contact us, and we will arrange for reshipment.

What are the maximum dimensions for a package to a parcel locker?

The largest locker of size C accepts a package measuring 41 by 38 by 64 centimeters and up to 25 kilograms. None of our orders exceed these dimensions, so size never blocks shipping to the parcel locker.

What exactly does same-day shipping mean?

Orders paid for by 17:45 are packed and handed over to the InPost courier on the same business day. For other couriers, the cutoff is at 11:00. After these hours, the package will be sent the next business day.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. After the package is picked up by the courier, we send a separate email with the receipt and a tracking link, so you can see every status change without logging in anywhere.
