Shroomix is a functional cocoa from the Lucy Mushrooms line: five mushroom extracts and two adaptogenic raw materials set in a base of alkalized cocoa powder with reduced fat content. Each of the five mushrooms is included as a standardized extract, not as powdered fruiting body, and the manufacturer specifies separately for each which fraction it is.

Standardization describes the concentration of the raw material: it indicates what percentage of the extract constitutes a given fraction. The manufacturer provides this for each mushroom separately, not collectively for the entire blend. For reishi, two fractions are provided at once, for Lion’s Mane, hericenones alongside polysaccharides, and for the other three, only polysaccharides.
What besides mushrooms
Maca and Rhodiola Rosea
Two adaptogenic raw materials outside the mushroom group. They come here in the form of powdered root and ground plant, not as an extract, and the manufacturer describes them in the list just like that.
Cocoa base
Alkalized cocoa powder with reduced fat content. This is what ensures that the powder dissolves in hot liquid without a shaker and without a blender.
Ceylon cinnamon and Kłodawa salt
Cinnamon adds a spicy note in the background, and salt serves a flavor role, not a nutritional one: it enhances the cocoa sensation, just like a pinch of salt in dark chocolate.
Erythritol and acacia fiber
The sweetness is solely due to erythritol, so the profile is distinctly cocoa and only slightly sweet, not dessert-like.

The product is intended solely for adults. The manufacturer advises against it for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are taking anticoagulants, antidepressants, or immunosuppressants, consult your doctor before starting use.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Store the powder tightly closed, in a dry and cool place, away from light and out of reach of children. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
The remaining cocoa from this shelf is in the Cocoa category. On the blog, we check if functional mushrooms in cocoa and coffee are just a trendy fad, and separately compare Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga, and Cordyceps.
