The Company collects information on individuals who perform legal acts not directly related to their business activities, individuals who conduct business or professional activities on their own behalf, and individuals representing legal entities or organizational units that are not legal entities but to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activities on their own behalf, hereinafter collectively referred to as Customers.
