Green Paw is a brand of products for dogs and cats by Cosma S.A. The offer includes oils based on salmon oil, peanut butters, Dogitos treats, and ointments for paws and noses.

Oils, butters, and treats are feed materials, and the portion of each is adjusted to the animal’s body weight. Some recipes contain oil from hemp cake extraction, while others do not contain hemp at all, so when choosing, pay attention to the composition.

Green Paw Oils with Hemp: Couch Potato, All Good, and Pet Care

Couch Potato is cold-pressed Norwegian salmon oil (88.3%) with krill oil (10%) and oil from hemp cake extraction. A 60 ml bottle contains 500 mg, and a 120 ml bottle contains 1000 mg. The portion is 10 ml, which is two teaspoons, for every 20 kg of body weight.

All Good has the same composition but significantly more hemp oil: 8000 mg in a 60 ml bottle. One drop contains 0.7 mg of cannabidiol (CBD) and 0.7 mg of cannabigerol (CBG), and the portion is 1 drop for every kilogram of body weight.

Pet Care 6% and 9% are 10 ml bottles with a dropper, also based on salmon oil. The 6% version is given at a rate of 1 drop for every 2 kg of body weight, while the 9% version is 1 drop for every 3 kg.

For all products with hemp, there is one limit: the daily dose of cannabinoids should not exceed 2 mg per kilogram of the animal’s body weight. More about oils for animals is discussed in the text CBD for Animals.

Salmon Oils without Hemp

Vitamin Sea is cold-pressed Norwegian salmon oil (99%) with vitamins A, D, E, and K, and rosemary extract. The 300 ml bottle has a pump, and the portion is 10 ml, which is eight pumps, for 20 kg of body weight.

Pretty in Pink is pure salmon oil (99.8%) with rosemary extract, without added vitamins, also in a 300 ml bottle with a pump. Two pumps are given for every 5 kg of body weight.

Peanut Butters and Dogitos Treats

Three peanut butters in 350 g jars differ by one additive to the peanuts. Don’t go Nuts contains 700 mg of oil from hemp cake extraction, Gut Nut contains inulin, and Hard as a Nut contains devil’s claw root extract. The portion is 45 g, which is three tablespoons, for every 20 kg of body weight.

The butter works as a reward during training, an addition to food, or a filling for licking mats and treat toys.

Dogitos are treats made from muscle meat in a 100 g package with a zipper. Vitality is made from game meat with added inulin, beta-glucan, biotin, and vitamins C and E, while For Joints is made from beef with collagen, glucosamine, and chondroitin sulfate. The number of treats is specified by the manufacturer according to the dog’s weight: up to two for the smallest and up to ten for dogs over 40 kg.

Ointments for Paws and Noses

Can’t Touch This is a paw ointment based on shea butter, beeswax, coconut oil, and jojoba oil, with extracts of chamomile and rosemary, vitamin E, and cannabinoids. It is applied to cleaned paws and massaged in before and after walks.

Into The Sun has a similar base, but instead of chamomile and cannabinoids, it contains carrot seed oil and pomegranate seed oil. This is a nose and skin ointment, which the manufacturer recommends for sunny days and advises to apply every 90 minutes.
