Dutch Therapy is a brand under which the Green Out® line is produced: hemp shots, gummies, and capsules based on hemp seed oil. The majority are shots, which are fruit or cocoa liquids measured with a small scoop. All products are intended exclusively for adults.

Dutch Therapy: what is Green Out

Green Out® is a registered trademark of Dutch Therapy. The common base of all series is hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa L.) with naturally occurring phytonutrients, supplemented with terpenes arranged according to the profiles of known cannabis strains. The manufacturer states that the terpenes are distilled from plants, not synthetic.

In the shots, juices or cocoa, vitamin C, and L-theanine are added to the oil. A serving of 2.5 ml contains 80 mg of vitamin C, which is 100% of the nutrient reference value, and 10 mg of L-theanine. The series differ in flavor, bottle size, and the amount of oil per serving.

Shot series

Each shot comes with a measuring cup, and one serving is 2.5 ml. A 100 ml bottle contains 40 servings, while a 200 ml bottle contains 80 servings.

• Fresh Bomb: fruity shots 100 ml based on juices, from 500 mg to 650 mg of oil per serving, and in LIGHT versions 125 mg
• Lemonade: lemonade flavors in a 100 ml bottle, 450 mg of oil per serving, Energy Drink variant with 5 mg of caffeine
• Shake: 200 ml bottle based on banana and pear, 650 mg of oil per serving
• Choco Bomb: cocoa base instead of juice, 100 ml bottle, 650 mg of oil per serving
• The Green Out: 100 ml shots, which the manufacturer enriches with additional natural cannabinoids

Alongside the regular series, there are editions prepared in collaboration, such as Green Out x Mops, Wini’s shot, or Raspberry Blast with Konopny Buch. The format remains the same: a 100 ml bottle with a scoop.

Gummies and capsules

Green Out® Sweet Bears and Sour Bears are 130 g bags with a minimum of 30 pieces and a serving of 4 g. The Big Bag with cola flavor has 260 g and 60 servings, while Blueberries has 140 g and 25 servings of about 6 g. Hemp seed oil constitutes 8% of the recipe for each of them.

Under the brand, there are also M12 BEARS gummies in 65 g packages, with a serving of one gummy per day, and Green Caps capsules. The capsules enclose the Green Out mixture in a soft shell for those who do not want to measure liquid.

How to choose a shot

The flavors differ in base: Fresh Bomb and Lemonade are fruit juices, Shake is banana with pear, and Choco Bomb is cocoa. The terpene profile of each variant is provided on the label, for example, Durban Poison in Sour Apple or Lemon Haze in Citrus Mix.

The 30-day term after opening also applies to the 200 ml bottle, which contains 80 servings. With one serving per day, one person will not consume it in that time, so consider this before purchasing the Shake series.

Storage and safety

After opening, keep the shot in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days. With a 100 ml bottle and one serving per day, you will consume 30 out of 40 servings in that time.

Products are intended exclusively for adults. The manufacturer does not recommend them during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or when taking any medications. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

The cannabinoid subject to legal limits is present in products below 0.3%. However, the manufacturer warns that due to trace amounts of cannabinoids in the oil, a test for the presence of cannabis metabolites may yield a positive result. Keep this in mind if you are expecting such a test.

The Lemonade Energy Drink + Caffeine contains caffeine: 5 mg per 2.5 ml serving. In the other shots, the additives are vitamin C and L-theanine, and a 2.5 ml serving contains 80 mg of vitamin C and 10 mg of L-theanine. Do not consume the caffeinated shot with other caffeine-containing products.

How many Green Out gummies should I eat daily?

In Sweet Bears and Sour Bears, the serving is 4 g, which is roughly one gummy. In Blueberries, the serving is 6 g, about two gummies. Consume Blueberries within 30 days after opening and store in a dry place. M12 BEARS gummies in 65 g packages have a serving of one gummy per day.
