Adaptogenialna is a Polish brand that incorporates adaptogenic extracts into things you reach for every day: coffee, chocolate, and drops. Instead of a capsule to swallow, you get a portion measured in ground coffee, instant coffee, or in a dropper.

This distinction is worth knowing before purchasing, as both series sit side by side on the shelf. Adaptogenius replaced the earlier series from the same manufacturer sold under the name Adaptogenialna. The packaging is different and the formula is different, so these are not the same products under two names.

Adaptogenius — ground coffee
Tube 100 g divided into 10 portions. Brew it like any other ground coffee: in a coffee maker, French press, pour-over, or in a brewer. Seven flavor variants.
Adaptogenius — instant coffee
The same 100 g tube, but divided into 20 portions, so one portion is smaller. Pour hot water over it. The same seven flavor variants.
Adaptogenialna — older series
Here the manufacturer provides the portion composition directly. In the instant coffee with cookie flavor, it specifies coffee (Coffea arabica) 57%, extract from lion’s mane 10:1 at 10%, multi-flower honey powder 10%, and dried dates. Besides coffees, there are chocolates and cocoa.
Ashwagandha drops, 50 ml
A bottle with a dropper, so you measure the portion yourself, drop by drop. Extract standardized to 9% withanolides, also containing piperine from black pepper. Four variants: natural, caramel, vanilla, and mango.
The coffee flavors repeat in both versions of Adaptogenius: classic, almond, bourbon vanilla, caramel, coconut, hazelnut, and mocha. The manufacturer describes this series as coffee with adaptogens and nootropic ingredients, but does not print a full list on the tube — check allergens and vegan and gluten-free status on the label.

Adaptogenius or Adaptogenialna?
They are the same brand in two consecutive series. Adaptogenius is newer and has seven flavors in two coffee versions. The older series has a detailed portion composition and chocolates and cocoa, which are not in the newer one.
How many portions are in the tube?
Ten in ground coffee, twenty in instant. Both tubes weigh 100 g.
Are the products vegan?
For the Adaptogenius line, check the label. The older series contains multi-flower honey, and the chocolates contain milk chocolate, so they are not vegan.
What does 9% withanolides mean?
It is the manufacturer’s declaration of how much of the substance for which the extract is measured will be present regardless of the batch of raw material.
