The same brand comes in several forms, so the choice starts with how you prefer to take the supplement.

• Drops 15 ml: about 400 drops in a bottle, daily serving up to 15 drops, most often taken under the tongue
• Drops 50 ml: serving 32 drops in two doses, morning and evening, for example, in Lion’s Mane
• Capsules: packages of 60 capsules in herbal complexes and 30 capsules in products with bacterial cultures
• Liquids: collagen in 500 ml bottles with a serving of 25 ml, magnesium and omega-3 in 50 ml bottles

You measure the drops with a pipette, and the gel capsule encloses the macerate in a shell, so nothing needs to be counted.

Main Lines of Aura Care

Adaptogens in 15 ml drops have the main raw materials of the formula in their name, for example, drops with ashwagandha and maca, with brahmi and lion’s mane, with lion’s mane, ginkgo biloba, and guarana, with ashwagandha and hops, or with melatonin, ashwagandha, and lemon balm. Each formula combines several macerates, most often from ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea, lion’s mane, or bacopa. Ashwagandha and lion’s mane are also available separately, in 50 ml bottles.

Capsules with bacterial cultures have a serving of one capsule daily. The probiotic with colostrum contains 10 strains of bacteria and 35 billion CFU per serving, along with inulin from chicory.

KIDS Line for Children

Aura Care KIDS includes macerates in 15 ml bottles, vitamin drops, products with bacterial cultures, and cocoa. The servings are given in drops: KIDS drops with lion’s mane are 10 drops daily in two doses, and Vitamin D3 KIDS is 2 drops, which is 10 µg of vitamin D3.

How to Use Drops and Capsules

The manufacturer recommends taking adaptogens after meals. The formulas are designed to be combinable, but when taking two products at once, check if the same raw material does not repeat in both.

After three months of using one adaptogen, the manufacturer advises taking a break for about a month. Adaptogens are not recommended for pregnant women.
