Which Storz & Bickel vaporizer to choose for beginners?

For beginners, the simplest is Veazy. It has one button and three preset temperatures: 180, 195, and 210 °C, and according to the manufacturer, it works without an app. In Polish stores, it costs about 979-999 PLN (October 2026), the least of the four. If you prefer to see the temperature on a screen, choose Mighty+ or Venty.

The ready presets mean you do not have to decide on a specific number right away. You start at 180 °C, and the Booster and Superbooster raise the temperature by another 15 °C. Crafty+ has the same setup, with the difference that any other temperature can only be set via the Web App on Bluetooth, states Storz & Bickel. For starters, presets are sufficient. Which model is suitable for long or group sessions?

For long or group sessions, the choice comes down to the question of Venty or Mighty+, as only these two have the Supercharge charging to about 80% in 40 minutes (Mighty+, Venty). Mighty+ can also work while plugged in if you use a charger of at least 15 V/3 A. Crafty+ and Veazy do not work while charging.

The chamber does not make a difference here, as all four have 1.4 cm³. A group session does not mean a larger load, just longer battery life or several fillings in a row. Here begins the problem with data: the number of sessions on one charge is not provided by the manufacturer, and the capacity in mAh is only published for Mighty+ (3300 mAh). What is known for sure? A certain advantage of Mighty+ for long sitting at home is operation while charging: with the right charger, the session does not have to wait for the battery. For Venty, the manufacturer does not confirm operation while charging, but the model charges just as quickly and starts in 20 s. Its battery is not removable, states TechCrunch, so you cannot insert a spare battery for a change.

With several people, the adjustable airflow in Venty is also useful. You can set it from 0 to 20 L/min, which is up to twice as much as the constant 10 L/min in the other models, so everyone can adjust how lightly they inhale.

Which Storz & Bickel vaporizer is the most discreet?

The smallest and lightest is Veazy: 3.7 × 13.4 × 3.5 cm and 134 g according to the manufacturer. Crafty+ weighs almost the same, 135 g, and is the shortest of the four (11.0 cm), but wider (5.7 cm). Mighty+ (242 g) and Venty (252 g) weigh almost twice as much, making them harder to hide in a pocket.

It is difficult to compare dimensions at a glance, so we calculated them into the volume of the rectangular prism that fits each device. This is not the exact volume of the casing, as none of them is a perfect cube, but it shows well how much space it will take up in a bag.

Mighty+ therefore takes up almost twice as much space as Veazy. Venty is narrower than Mighty+ (4.7 vs 8.0 cm), but longer (15.7 vs 14.0 cm) and 10 g heavier. Shape also matters: Veazy is long and slim, Crafty+ is short and wide. In Poland, you can buy Veazy cheaper: about 979-999 PLN compared to about 1,100-1,200 PLN for Crafty+ (October 2026). In the manufacturer’s store, it was the other way around: on October 26, 2026, Crafty+ cost 238.40 euros on sale (regularly 298 euros), while Veazy cost 248 euros. Both have a 2-year warranty without extension.

These two models largely overlap. They have the same 1.4 cm³ chamber, the same airflow of 10 L/min, and the same presets of 180/195/210 °C. Both do not work while charging and both allow temperature adjustment via the Web App. Veazy heats up faster, in about 40 s instead of about 1 minute to 180 °C, and Crafty+ is shorter (11.0 vs 13.4 cm).

The cost of ownership is not just the purchase price, but here the data ends. The manufacturer does not specify whether the battery in Veazy can be replaced. One cost can be calculated: optional dosing capsules cost 15.60 euros for 40 pieces according to the Veazy page, which is about 0.39 euros each. With two almost identical devices, the choice therefore depends on the price at the time of purchase. In Polish offers, the difference is about 100-200 PLN in favor of Veazy.

So what speaks for Crafty+? Mainly the shape and any promotion. If the price difference disappears, you choose between the shorter, wider Crafty+ and the slimmer Veazy, which reaches 180 °C faster and has one button.

Mighty+ or Crafty+: what really differentiates them?

In terms of heating, they are paper twins: both have a 1.4 cm³ chamber, a range of 40-210 °C, and heat up in about 1 minute to 180 °C (Mighty+, Crafty+). The differences concern operation and power supply. Mighty+ has a display and can operate while charging, while Crafty+ is 107 g lighter: weighing 135 g compared to 242 g.

Both in the current version with USB-C were announced on the same day, September 9, 2021, as confirmed by Canopy Growth. The manufacturer does not disclose whether the heater in both models is the same component. Therefore, a common heater cannot be confirmed. The heating specifications are the same, and the differences concern five points:

• Control: Mighty+ has +/- buttons and a display, so you can set the temperature in the range of 40-210 °C without a phone (the manufacturer does not specify the adjustment increment). Crafty+ has presets of 180/195/210 °C, and other values require the Web App.
• Power supply: Mighty+ has two Li-ion cells and Supercharge to about 80% in 40 minutes, and with a charger of at least 15 V/3 A, it works while plugged in. Crafty+ does not work while charging, and the manufacturer does not provide charging time.
• Size: 8.0 × 14.0 × 3.0 cm vs 5.7 × 11.0 × 3.3 cm.
• Warranty: 2 years and one more year after registration vs 2 years without extension.
• Price: in Poland about 1,299-1,799 PLN vs about 1,100-1,200 PLN, from the manufacturer 398 euros vs 298 euros at regular price.

In practice, the surcharge for Mighty+, from about 200 PLN in the cheapest offers, buys ease of use and power supply, as the heating parameters are the same in the specifications. Additionally, there is an extra year of warranty. If the most important thing is that the device fits in your pocket, the specifications favor Crafty+.

Venty or Veazy: what do you get for the extra cost?

For an extra cost of about 400-500 PLN, you get in Venty heating in 20 s instead of about 40 s, adjustable airflow of 0-20 L/min instead of constant 10 L/min, and a display with buttons (Venty, Veazy). Additionally, one more year of warranty after registration. Veazy is almost twice as light: 134 g vs 252 g.

From the manufacturer, the difference is 200 euros: Venty costs 448 euros, Veazy 248 euros. Venty entered the market in October 2023 as the first completely new device from Storz & Bickel since 2014, states TechCrunch. It has a new mini heater and two 18650 cells with a power of up to 130 W. Supercharge charges it to about 80% in 40 minutes. In the Web App, you can set the temperature or ECO charging mode; the app is also used for software updates.

Veazy goes in the opposite direction. It has one button and works without an app, but does not operate while charging. The manufacturer does not specify the capacity of its battery or whether it can be replaced. The airflow is constant, 10 L/min, the same as in Mighty+ and Crafty+.

Venty also has its downsides. TechCrunch noted that the vapor path is entirely made of plastic; the manufacturer states it is medical-grade PEEK. The battery in Venty is not removable. Which to choose? If you use a vaporizer daily and quick start matters, the specifications favor Venty. If you are starting out or want a small and light device, Veazy is sufficient.

How to not lose the additional year? Register the device immediately after purchase and keep the proof of purchase. In Crafty+ and Veazy, warranty registration does not extend the period, as these models do not have extensions.
