Aura Care Collagen PREMIUM Activity 200g 30serv

Aura Care Collagen PREMIUM Activity - powder 200 g, 30 servings

Collagen Activity is a loose preparation in a 200 g package, from which the manufacturer declares 30 servings. One serving is two level scoops mixed with liquid: the manufacturer suggests from 200 ml to 300 ml of water or your favorite drink.

In this serving, Aura Care declares 5500 mg of fish collagen from type I and III collagen, alongside four ingredients associated with joints: 200 mg of glucosamine in the form of glucosamine sulfate 2KCl, 155 mg of MSM, 150 mg of chondroitin in the form of chondroitin sulfate, and 15 mg of organic silicon. The plant component consists of an extract from wild rose at a serving of 520 mg and an extract from chokeberry at a serving of 134 mg.

The flavor is provided by natural raspberry flavor. The powder dissolves in cold or lukewarm liquid and does not require a shaker, although it goes faster with one. The package does not require refrigeration after opening - just keep it closed, at room temperature, away from moisture and sunlight.

Ingredients

Content in a daily serving, which is two level scoops, according to the manufacturer’s declaration:

• Fish collagen (from type I and III collagen) - 5500 mg
• Wild rose extract - 520 mg
• Glucosamine sulfate 2KCl - 200 mg of glucosamine
• MSM, or organic sulfur (methylsulfonylmethane) - 155 mg
• Chondroitin sulfate - 150 mg of chondroitin
• Chokeberry extract (Aronia melanocarpa) - 134 mg
• Organic silicon (monomethylsilanetriol) - 15 mg
• Natural raspberry flavor

This formula is built around one idea: collagen plus a complete set of ingredients that people usually reach for separately. Glucosamine and chondroitin are provided here in the form of salts, as glucosamine sulfate 2KCl and chondroitin sulfate - and these are standard raw materials in this category, not exotic. MSM is an organic sulfur compound, described in the list as organic sulfur. Silicon is added in the form of monomethylsilanetriol, which is a water-soluble form.

It is worth noting two plant extracts: wild rose with its 520 mg and chokeberry with a serving of 134 mg are the two positions that weigh the most in the formula after collagen, and both raw materials also contribute to the slightly sour flavor profile, which the manufacturer complements with natural raspberry flavor. Apart from the flavor, the list contains only active raw materials.

It is also worth noting how the manufacturer recorded both salts: “200 mg of glucosamine” and “150 mg of chondroitin” refer to the glucosamine itself and the chondroitin itself, not to the mass of the salt in which they are provided.

How to use

The manufacturer recommends measuring two level scoops and mixing them with liquid - from 200 ml to 300 ml of water or your favorite drink. The scoop is included in the package, and the powder dissolves without lumps if you first pour the liquid and then add the portion.

• Daily serving: 2 level scoops
• Dissolve in from 200 ml to 300 ml of water or your favorite drink
• First liquid, then powder - it dissolves faster this way
• Use cold or lukewarm liquid, not boiling water
• Do not exceed the recommended daily portion

For whom

This is a proposal for adults who train, walk a lot, or simply want to have collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM in one package instead of four separate ones.

The powder has the advantage over liquid in that it does not require refrigeration after opening and you decide what to dissolve it in: water, juice, or plant-based drink. It also has a disadvantage: it needs to be measured and mixed, so it takes a few seconds longer than just opening a bottle. The collagen here is fish-based, the product contains an allergen in the form of fish and does not meet vegan or vegetarian diet criteria.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult the use of the preparation with a doctor, as should people taking medications regularly. The product is intended for adults.

Frequently asked questions

How many servings does the package contain and how to measure them?

The manufacturer declares 30 servings with a package weight of 200 g. The word “level” is important here: a heaped scoop is clearly more powder, and the manufacturer asks not to exceed the recommended daily portion.

What is the best way to dissolve this collagen?

The manufacturer suggests from 200 ml to 300 ml of water or your favorite drink. In practice, cold or lukewarm water, juice, and plant-based drinks work well. It is better to avoid boiling water. If you want to avoid lumps, first pour the liquid into a shaker or glass, and then add the measured portion of powder.

What does it taste like?

Lightly sour, with a distinct raspberry note. The sourness comes from the two plant extracts present in the composition (wild rose and chokeberry), and the raspberry note is added by the natural flavor mentioned at the end of the list. The sourness is therefore a derivative of the composition itself: it is provided by the extracts, not an added acidity regulator.

Is the product suitable for vegans?

No. The collagen in this formula is fish collagen, and chondroitin and glucosamine are also raw materials of animal or shellfish origin, depending on the source. The product contains fish as an allergen and does not meet vegan or vegetarian diet criteria. Check the full allergen declaration on the package label - if allergic to shellfish, this is information worth confirming before the first serving.

Variants and category

For skin, hair, and nails, the same manufacturer offers Collagen PREMIUM Beauty, and a ready liquid instead of powder is sold as Aura Care Collagen, liquid fish collagen with MSM. Both items and the rest of the offer can be found in the Supplements category.
