More than half of the serving consists of ground coffee itself, 5150 mg, and it is from this that 129 mg of caffeine comes; for comparison, a cup of brewed coffee usually falls within a similar range.

The rest of the serving consists of four mushroom extracts standardized to 10:1, Rhodiola, cytidine, and three items that the manufacturer calls nootropic: bacopa, L-theanine, and L-tyrosine. Honey powder and ground dates serve a flavor and binding role, not an active one. The 10:1 notation for the extracts refers to the ratio of raw material to extract, not the content of specific compounds.
