Green Out Lemonade Frozen Forest Mix - hemp shot 100 ml
IN SHORT
| Form | liquid hemp shot, dietary supplement |
| Volume | 100 ml |
| Servings | 2.5 ml (one measuring cup from the set) |
Frozen Forest Mix is a fruity-menthol variant of the Lemonade series, classified by the manufacturer as Indica and described with an Indica Mix terpene profile. The bottle contains 100 ml and according to the manufacturer, it is divided into 40 servings of 2.5 ml each. One serving contains the declared 450 mg of hemp seed oil with a full spectrum of phytonutrients, 80 mg of vitamin C, which is 100% of the reference intake for adults, and 10 mg of L-theanine.
The flavor base consists of apple, orange, and lemon juices, while the cooling, forest character is built by a natural aroma - neither menthol nor forest fruits are listed in the ingredients. A measuring cup is included with the bottle, so you can measure the serving accurately. After opening, the shot should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 30 days, which corresponds to about a month of daily use with 40 servings. A serving is roughly half a teaspoon, so you drink it in one gulp.
Ingredients
The list of ingredients in the order provided by the manufacturer; percentage values come directly from the label:
- Water
- Hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa L.)
- Apple juice - 15%
- Orange juice - 5%
- Lemon juice - 3%
- Natural aroma
- Stabilizer: guar gum
- Emulsifier: lecithins (from soy)
- L-theanine
- Preservative: sodium benzoate
The name describes the taste sensation, not the contents of the bottle - and that is the most important thing to say about this composition. There are no forest fruits or menthol in the list; there are apple, orange, and lemon in fixed proportions, and the rest is made up of natural aroma.
The same base returns in all variants of the Lemonade series and in some variants of Fresh Bomb, so the real difference between the series comes down to the amount of hemp oil per serving, which is lower in Lemonade. There are no added sugars, colorants, or sweeteners in the list. The technological part remains unchanged: guar gum as a stabilizer for the suspension, soy lecithins as an emulsifier binding oil with water, sodium benzoate as a preservative for the opened package.
L-theanine is listed in the ingredients, while vitamin C is declared separately in the daily serving description.

For whom
Frozen Forest Mix is aimed at those who want a light hemp shot with a cooling, refreshing finish, rather than another sweet fruit flavor. The manufacturer classifies the formula as Indica. The oil content per serving is lower here than in the Fresh Bomb and Shake series of the same brand, which can be a convenient starting point or a way to step down from a stronger variant without giving up the daily ritual.
The 100 ml bottle with 40 servings corresponds to about a month and aligns with the recommendation to use within 30 days after opening. The limitations are standard for the brand: it is a dietary supplement for adults, which the manufacturer does not recommend during the intake of any medications or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It contains soy lecithins.
This product is for daily, regular use - the manufacturer formulates the recommendation as one serving daily, so the rhythm here is more important than a single reach for the bottle.
Frequently asked questions
Are there forest fruits or menthol in the composition?
No. The manufacturer lists apple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice, and the forest-menthol character of the taste comes from the natural aroma. We state this directly because the name of the variant suggests otherwise. There are also no added sugars, colorants, or sweeteners in the composition, so all sweetness comes solely from the fruit juices listed.
How many servings does the package contain?
The manufacturer declares 40 servings of 2.5 ml in a 100 ml bottle, which is about a month with one serving daily. The recommended consumption period after opening is 30 days, so both values align well. A measuring cup to facilitate portion measurement is included in the set.
How to best store the shot?
Store the unopened bottle in a dry and dark place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, the manufacturer recommends refrigeration and using the contents within a maximum of 30 days. The expiration date of the unopened package is at least 12 months. Shake the bottle before each serving, and close it tightly after use.
Can the shot be added to a drink or food?
The manufacturer does not foresee such use and recommends taking the measured portion directly. Hemp seed oil does not dissolve in water, so pouring a portion into a glass often results in sediment on the walls and part of the portion that does not reach you. If you do not like the taste, it is simpler to choose another variant.
Variants and category
In the same Lemonade series, you will find the Mojito variant and the Lemon Lime variant. The entire brand is in the Green Out category.
