Suprobion: three strain names under one registration and a manufacturer about whom little is known

Suprobion has introduced three strains to Polish pharmacies, but all three stand under one registration name. Who cultivates this raw material and in which country is not derived from any document that could be opened.

Manufacturer card Suprobion
Strains in the list 3
Pharmaceutical positions 6
Exclusive strains 2 (no one else supplies them)
Medical brand the same as the manufacturer
Leading terpene in the portfolio myrcene in 2 out of 3
Strains without established pedigree 1
  • Scale. 3 strains in the list, in 6 pharmaceutical positions.
  • What you won’t buy elsewhere. 2 of them are supplied exclusively by this manufacturer, so a break in their supply means a lack of these strains, not another version of them.
  • Portfolio profile. Myrcene leads, in 2 out of 3 strains, alongside caryophyllene.
  • What is missing. For 1 out of 3 strains, the pedigree remains unknown and we do not add it based on name similarity.

Who is Suprobion and where does its raw material come from?

It is a responsible entity registered in Poland, not a cannabis grower. Industry communications from August and September 2025 describe it as a company with Polish capital that imports ready raw material. The address and names in the business register lead to a pharmaceutical company from Wrocław, previously known for a completely different sector.

At the address Kiełczowska 2 in Mirków, there are two entities with similar personal data. S-LAB Sp. z o.o. was registered in 2003, and Suprobion Med Sp. z o.o. ten years later. The same individuals, Wojciech Józef Sadłek and Jarosław Sadłek, are listed as partners in both, with one sitting on the board in each company and the other holding power of attorney. Pharmaceutical drug databases list Suprobion Sp. z o.o. as the responsible entity for the dried cannabis, and one of them indicates S-LAB as the distributor in Poland for the same position.

The connection is also visible in the assortment outside of cannabis. An online pharmacy cataloging manufacturers lists eye drops Zuma Altin under the Suprobion brand, and the same brand of drops appears on the s-lab.pl website as a product of that company. However, the S-LAB website does not mention either the Suprobion brand or any cannabis product. There is no company website at suprobion.pl: attempting to open it ends with a hosting provider’s certificate.

The raw material itself is imported, but the direction of import is reported inconsistently. A service announcing the debut mentioned products from Canada, while a cannabis store blog indicated a Portuguese company, MediCane, for one of the strains. None of these sources show a document that would clarify this.

Which strains from this manufacturer reach Polish pharmacies?

Three: Gorilla Glue, Humble Warrior, and Mystic Wonder. The first two were announced at the turn of August and September 2025, and the third in December of the same year. In our pharmacy listing, each corresponds exactly to one position, so the entire output of this supplier consists of three positions out of one hundred forty-one.

Strain Leading terpene Pedigree Who else supplies it
Gorilla Glue caryophyllene established CanPoland, Four 20 Pharma, PhytoPur Bio
Humble Warrior myrcene unknown only this manufacturer
Mystic Wonder myrcene established only this manufacturer

Only one of these names circulates more widely in the market. Gorilla Glue is supplied to Polish pharmacies by three other manufacturers, so under one trade name there are four separate registration positions and four separate composition declarations; this is detailed in a separate entry about this strain. The other two have no second supplier in Poland, which has a simple consequence for the patient: they disappear from the market along with this one. We describe Humble Warrior and Mystic Wonder separately.

There is no point in looking for a current list on this page. The stock status of wholesalers changes faster than an article can be updated, so we keep the current list of strains available in pharmacies in one place, in the overview of available strains. Pharmacy cannabis is dispensed only with a doctor’s prescription and the store does not carry it; a separate category is hemp flower, sold without a prescription and below the legal threshold.

How does the raw material from this manufacturer differ from that of other companies?

By the way it is described, not by cultivation. All three strains are listed under one common registration name, so the cultivar name is not part of the registration, but a batch designation. In the pharmacy document, Gorilla Glue and Mystic Wonder look identical and are only distinguished by the label on the packaging.

The registration name is Cannabis flos Suprobion and carries the declared content of the active substance. The numerical component is consciously omitted: it is a declared value with its own tolerance from the manufacturer, not a measurement result of a specific batch, so quoted alone it pretends to be a precision that does not exist. This is what a patient looks for when they receive a prescription for the cultivar name, and in the pharmacy, they hear the registration name.

The scale of this practice can be counted. In a comparison of 146 strain cards from the budcare.pl database, Cantourage leads with five strains under five separate registrations, meaning one to one. Aurora has ten strains and six registrations. Suprobion holds three strains under one, and the record belongs to S-LAB: thirty-eight strain names listed under two registrations. Both companies from the same address use the same method of description, just on a different scale.

The factual layer is defined here by the registration entry, the size of the packaging, and the dispensing method. Everything else comes from commercial descriptions: assigning a strain to a time of day, announcing the character of effects, or a statement about genetics adapted to European pharmaceutical standards. The latter is found on the store’s blog, not in the documentation, and does not mean anything verifiable.

What is known and what is not known about the raw material from this manufacturer?

Not much. Documentation indicates that the position is registered in Poland as a pharmaceutical raw material in a ten-gram package, intended for vaporization and dispensed with a doctor’s prescription. Who cultivates the plants, in which country, and according to what cultivation standards is not derived from any source that could be opened.

Neither the manufacturer nor the wholesaler conducting distribution publishes a certificate of analysis. Three reviewed industry communications and two store entries contain not a single attached document or a reference to such a document; one of the store texts refers to a quality certificate but does not show it. There is a bitter symmetry in this: cannabis flower sold without a prescription routinely reaches the customer with a laboratory report, while the raw material dispensed with a doctor’s prescription does not have such a report publicly available.

The description of the composition also diverges. For Humble Warrior, the budcare.pl database lists three terpene compounds, while medweed.pl for the same strain only provides myrcene; for Mystic Wonder, one database adds farnezen and pinene, which the other does not recognize. We do not provide numerical shares and it is clear why here: for the three positions of this supplier, values from one database sum to sixty-seven, seventy-five, and one hundred, and the last sum arises from five equal portions, which looks like a filling of the column, not a measurement.

A separate layer consists of patient reports. A review of Humble Warrior published in March 2026 describes the strain as daytime, with a herbal aroma, and provides its own assessment of effects. This is a subjective record from one author, without testing and without reference to a batch number, so it stands alongside documentation, not instead of it.

What adverse effects have been reported after using this manufacturer’s raw material?

None specifically for it. The three positions from this supplier entered pharmacies less than a year ago, and no public collection of reports breaks them down by manufacturer, so providing any number here would be fabrication. Instead, we describe below what is known about the raw material from summaries covering the entire group.

Reports of adverse effects are collected for a medicinal product with a batch number, not for a strain name, so the following pertains to cannabis flower as a group of raw materials. The most commonly reported effects are dry mouth, red eyes, and increased heart rate. Less frequently described are dizziness upon rapid standing, daytime drowsiness, and temporary worsening of short-term memory, as well as anxiety that increases with dosage. A separate issue is medications taken concurrently, especially sedatives and those affecting coagulation: their assessment requires knowledge of the entire list of preparations, not just the description of the plant. We do not provide frequencies of these symptoms numerically, as public summaries for cannabis flower in Poland do not separate them by individual products.

For this particular supplier, there is an additional difficulty. Since three strains share one registration name, a report described by that name does not indicate which of them it concerned, unless someone noted the batch number from the packaging. The distinction between strains exists on the label and in commercial descriptions, not in the field where reports are organized.

How long does it take for this flower to take effect and how long does the effect last?

Just like any other flower of similar potency, because the course is determined by the route of administration, not the company on the packaging. This supplier’s position is described in pharmacy databases as intended for vaporization, so it pertains to the first of the two courses described below.

The route of administration determines the course more than the strain itself. After vaporization, the substance passes from the lungs to the blood almost immediately, so the first sensations appear after a few minutes, intensity increases for another ten to thirty minutes, and the whole effect wears off within two to four hours. After ingestion, the raw material first passes through the intestine and liver, so the first sensations are awaited from half an hour to two, and the episode lasts six, sometimes eight hours. This is where the most common mistake in oral administration comes from: someone who thinks nothing is happening after thirty minutes and takes another dose will receive both doses at once. The above ranges describe the route of administration, not this strain; pharmacokinetic studies for a single cultivar have not been published.

Preparing a compounded medication from the same raw material changes the picture completely, as it shifts it to the oral route. This is determined by the prescription and the method of preparation in the pharmacy, not the strain name or manufacturer, so the question about the course of action should be directed to the attending physician, with a specific prescription in hand.

Why does the list of strains from this manufacturer change over time?

Because a batch is in circulation, not a strain. Dried cannabis is not approved once and for all: each delivery has its own batch number and its own expiration date, and the cultivar name may be replaced with another under the same registration. A list from any month describes a temporary state, not a permanent offer.

This is evident in the history of these three strains. A communication from the end of August 2025 announced two names in ten-gram packages, with an expiration date until May 2026. The announcement from December of the same year already spoke of a delivery with a deadline until August 2026 and added a third name. The registration remained the same, the content of the packaging changed, and a patient who got used to one of these strains has no way to recognize the change other than by the label.

This is also where the caution of this entry regarding numbers comes from. The expiration dates mentioned above pertain to specific deliveries from a year ago and are now history, not the current stock. The active substance content is declared by the manufacturer for the registration, not for the batch, and returns in the descriptions of individual strains, where it stands as a range, not as a single number. Current availability is checked in the pharmacy, not in the article.

Frequently asked questions

Does Suprobion grow cannabis itself?

It is not known, and most likely not. All open sources describe it as an entity introducing ready raw material into circulation in Poland. One indicates Canadian cultivation, another a Portuguese company for one of the strains, and none show a document that would clarify this.

How many strains from this manufacturer are in Polish pharmacies?

Three: Gorilla Glue, Humble Warrior, and Mystic Wonder. All three stand under one registration name, so in the pharmacy document they are indistinguishable, and they can be recognized by the writing on the packaging.

Does this manufacturer publish certificates of analysis?

We have not found any. Neither a company website with documents, nor an attachment in industry communications, nor a reference from the distributor. One store entry refers to a quality certificate, but does not provide the document itself.

Does Suprobion have anything to do with S-LAB?

Registration data indicates a close connection. The companies bearing both names are located at the same address in Mirków and have the same partners; one pharmacy database lists S-LAB as the distributor of Suprobion’s dried cannabis, and the brand of eye drops attributed to Suprobion appears on the S-LAB website as its own.

Why is there no active substance content in this entry?

Because for the entire registration it is one declared value, common to three strains, and says more about the document than about the flower in the jar. We provide it where it makes sense, that is, in the description of a single strain, and always as a range.

Are the strains from this supplier available permanently?

No. In circulation are individual batches with their own expiration date, and under one registration, cultivar names may be exchanged. The current state is checked in the pharmacy or in the overview of available strains we maintain.

Cannabis flower is a pharmaceutical raw material dispensed with a doctor’s prescription in the Rpw category. The material is informational in nature and does not replace consultation with the attending physician or pharmacist’s advice.
