Purize XTRA Slim Rainbow Activated Carbon Filters 10 pcs, 6 mm diameter

Purize XTRA Slim Rainbow Activated Carbon Filters - 10 pcs, diameter 6 mm

This handy box contains XTRA Slim size from PURIZE: 10 filters with a diameter of 6 mm in a box with a closure that easily fits in your pocket. The Rainbow version is a colorful mix - the filters differ in appearance but not in construction, so the color is an aesthetic choice and nothing more. Inside each of them is activated carbon made from coconut shell.

The manufacturer explains this choice directly: coconut shell produces carbon with a finer and more porous surface than coal, which allows tar substances and solid particles to remain in the filter while the flavor passes through. Both ends of the filter are closed with ceramic caps, so the insert has no designated side and you do not need to check which end to insert.

The entire product is made in Germany, and PURIZE declares that it manages the subsequent stages of production and controls the density, material, and draw parameters.

Ingredients and filter construction

• Insert: activated carbon from coconut shell
• Caps: ceramic, on both sides of the filter
• Diameter: 6 mm, which is XTRA Slim Size
• Color scheme: Rainbow, colorful mix
• Packaging: cardboard box with closure, 10 pcs
• Manufacturer: PURIZE Filters GmbH & Co. KG, Großräschen, Germany - produced in Germany

This list is short because the activated carbon filter is a simple item. And that is why it is worth knowing how the different versions differ from each other. The only variables here are three: diameter, packaging method, and print color. The carbon insert and ceramic caps are described identically across the entire XTRA Slim size, so between colors, you choose the casing of the same construction.

Ten pieces per single-use insert means ten rolls, and this is a convenient measure for the first purchase, as it allows you to check if the 6 mm diameter fits the papers you use before deciding on a stock. The Rainbow version is listed by the manufacturer as one of the color schemes for this size, and the colors in the package are assigned randomly, so you do not order a specific color.

The box itself has a closure, so it returns to a closed state after each filter is removed - with a stock carried with you, this is a difference that is noticeable after a few days.

Specifications

How to use

Insert the filter at the end of the paper, just like a cardboard insert, with the difference that it is rigid and maintains its shape by itself. The ceramic caps on both sides mean that it does not matter which end you insert - both sides are identical.

• Slide the filter onto the end of the paper before rolling
• Do not check the direction - both sides are the same
• Roll the paper around the filter so that it adheres to the cap
• Use once, discard after the session
• Do not wet or clean - the carbon is consumable

For whom

The ten-pack is a version for trying out or for travel: this many filters fit in a small box that does not take up space in your backpack and will not spill out on the way. If you are just checking whether you like the draw through the activated carbon filter, this is a more sensible purchase than a large jar of stock: you will find out if the 6 mm diameter fits the papers you use before investing in a supply.

The format also has a second use: as a supplement to the stock kept at home, to have a few pieces with you when the main package stays on the shelf. The colorful Rainbow version appeals to those who like their accessories to have a look, and this is purely an aesthetic argument. If you roll regularly and already know that this size suits you, larger packages are simply cheaper per piece.

The filter is single-use: after the session, it goes in the trash, so when counting your stock, count the number of rolls rather than weeks on the calendar - and that depends solely on you.

Frequently asked questions

How many filters are in the package and how are they packaged?

There are 10 pcs in the package. The manufacturer packs this format in a cardboard box with a closure, not in a bag - this is a sensible solution for pockets, as the rigid walls protect the filters from being crushed. Larger variants of the same PURIZE insert are sold in a zip bag or in a glass jar.

Does the filter have a designated side?

No. Both ends are closed with ceramic caps and the manufacturer describes them as identical, so you insert the filter any side - you simply slide it into the paper and roll it. The insert is rigid and maintains its shape by itself, so rolling does not require additional reinforcement of the tip.

Can the box be closed after opening?

Yes - the manufacturer packs this format in a box with a closure, so you can close the box after each piece is removed. This has practical significance: activated carbon absorbs moisture from the air, and a soaked insert ceases to fulfill its role. The rigid walls also protect the filters from being crushed in your pocket or backpack.

Does the color affect the filter’s performance?

No. Rainbow is a color version of the print, and the manufacturer describes the insert and caps identically for all colors in the XTRA Slim size. By choosing a color, you choose appearance, not construction. In one Rainbow package, you will find filters in various colors, assigned randomly, while the construction remains unchanged.

Variants and category

The same filter in a larger package is a bag with a mix of colors, and with a larger stock, there is also a glass jar with the Rainbow version. Other inserts and accessories are gathered in the Filters category.

Safety and storage

The activated carbon filter is a single-use accessory intended for adults. Store the package in a dry place and out of reach of children - activated carbon absorbs moisture, and a soaked insert ceases to fulfill its role. Use the filter once and discard it after the session: it is a consumable item, not a reusable one. Do not insert the filter into your mouth without the paper and do not attempt to clean or blow it out.

The activated carbon filter is an accessory for rolling and does not replace any element of the diet or the recommendations of the manufacturer of the material you are using it with.
