Frequently asked questions

Do I need to remove the screen separately?

No, the screen is built into the glass bowl, so it is not a separate element that can be easily lost. It is cleaned together with the bowl after removing it from the heart. Before reinserting, make sure that the inside of the bowl and the screen are completely dry, and that the glass has no chips.

What is this bongo made of?

The body shaped like a yellow figure is made of flexible silicone, and the bowl set in the red heart is glass and removable. The glass remains in one easy-to-clean element that you remove from the body before each cleaning. Silicone and glass are cleaned separately and then dried.

How to disassemble and clean the bongo?

First, remove the glass bowl, then pour out the water from the chamber. Clean the silicone with warm water and mild detergent and dry it, clean the glass separately, and after rinsing, set it aside to dry. The construction is disassemblable, so you do not need any tools or brushes for cleaning.

Is this a toy?

No, despite the shape of the figure, this is an accessory for adults. It contains a glass element and a water chamber, so keep it out of reach of children. The shape of the yellow figure with a red heart is decorative, but the set is intended solely for adult users and not as a toy.

Safety and storage
