Fenix Mini+ X HERO Limited Edition Plus - herb vaporizer

Fenix Mini+ X HERO is a limited edition of the pocket vaporizer Fenix Mini+, prepared by the Polish brand HERO together with the brand FENiX. Its size is the same as the regular version and fits in a closed hand.

The most important change is the heating chamber made of medical grade stainless steel. Additionally, there is improved airflow and two stainless steel dosing capsules included, so you can prepare your herb portion in advance and swap them without emptying the chamber.

How it heats and how long it works

The herb heats up from air conducted through an insulated channel, and the manufacturer, Weecke, describes the heating as fully convective. You set the temperature every degree in the range of 120-221°C, and the OLED display shows the temperature, battery status, and remaining time.

The built-in lithium-polymer battery of 1600 mAh lasts about 50 minutes of operation according to the distributor. You charge it with a USB-C cable in about an hour, also from a laptop or power bank.

Components

The device consists of a housing with an OLED display and button, a heating chamber made of medical grade stainless steel, and a built-in lithium-polymer battery. Air enters through an opening at the bottom of the housing, and the heating element lies under the chamber for the herb.

How to use

• Load about 0.1 g of medium-ground herb into the chamber or a ready dosing capsule
• Turn on the device by pressing the button several times
• Set the temperature, and the device will start heating itself
• When vapor appears, take short, few-second inhales
• After the session, leave the device to cool down and clean it

Concentrates should only be placed in the quartz insert from the set. Do not put oils or other liquids into the chamber, as the device is intended only for herbs and concentrates.

Cleaning

• Clean only after the device has completely cooled down
• Use 99% isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab
• Go through the entire vapor path, especially the filters, screens, and mouthpiece
• Leave the device for a few hours to allow any remaining alcohol to evaporate
• Before the next use, set it to maximum temperature for a moment
