Frequently asked questions

Does the green bongo stand on its own?

It is a standing figure, meaning it is designed to be placed on a flat surface. Set it on a level, dry countertop, away from edges, and check if it stands securely before pouring water. On a slippery or tilted surface, it may tip over, so choose a stable spot.

Where to store the silicone bongo?

In a dry, sheltered place, away from heaters and direct sunlight. Before storing, disassemble the figure, pour out the water, and wait for the parts to dry. Silicone attracts dust, so it is best to cover it or store it in a box, rather than leaning it against sharp objects or pressing it between heavy items.

How often should I change the water in the chamber?

After each use. Standing water quickly loses freshness, so before the next use, pour out the old water and add new. Also, rinse the lower chamber to avoid residue. Pour out the water after unscrewing the bowl, as this makes it easiest to empty the chamber and ensures nothing is left for the next day.

Can the bowl be unscrewed for cleaning?

Yes, the head-shaped bowl unscrews from the body and can be cleaned separately. This allows access to each part without tools. Clean manually with warm water and mild detergent, and before reassembling, let all parts dry completely on a clean cloth.

Safety and storage

This accessory is for adults, not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.

Do not leave the figure near a heater or in a sunny window, as silicone can lose elasticity and color over time. Do not use solvents or sharp tools for cleaning. If any part cracks or starts to crumble, stop using it.
