Is fennel ground or whole?

Whole. In the jar, there are elongated, ribbed fruits with the stalk preserved, not powder or cut. The aroma is held in the oil inside the seed, so the whole raw material retains it longer than ground, but it needs to be crushed before use.

The package weighs 20 grams, the same as the cistus and more than twice that of chamomile. The label indicates a range of 150-175°C, and the lid is golden-olive with the symbol Kw.

The herb is intended for aromatherapy. It is not a food product and does not replace a varied diet.

Store in a closed package, in a dry and dark place, out of reach of children and pets. Moisture clumps the herb and spoils the aroma.

The humidity-regulating pack should remain in the jar. Do not throw it away with the outer packaging and do not open the pack itself.
