Greece punishes possession for personal use with a separate, milder provision and does not specify any threshold in grams. We check what law 4139/2013 says.

In Lithuania, a small amount without intent to sell is a criminal misdemeanor, but transport across the border is a crime. We check articles 259 and 260 of the code.

In Liechtenstein, possession for personal use is an offense, and the content threshold is one percent, like in Switzerland. We check articles 6 and 21 of the law.

The Japanese reform moved cannabis to the law on narcotics, punishing mere use from now on. We examine the text of both laws in the 2025 version.

In Ireland, the penalty for possession increases with each subsequent offense, and imprisonment only arises after the third. We examine the 1977 act and the MCAP program.

The Norwegian drug reform failed in parliament, and CBD oil is technically a drug there. We check the study of the Norwegian health institute.

Morocco has legalized cannabis, but only for licensed activities. Recreational possession remains punishable. We examine the law 13-21 from 2021.

The Serbian code allows the court to waive the penalty for possession of a smaller amount for personal use. We check articles 246 and 246a of the penal code.
