Ingredients of Poucher Citrus caffeine pouches: Microcrystalline cellulose (E460), propylene glycol (E1520), demineralized water, caffeine, salt, sweetener (E955), anti-caking agent (E470b), cooling agent.
How to use
Place one pouch under your upper lip and hold for up to 30 minutes. Do not swallow the pouch. Do not use more than one pouch at a time, and dispose of it after use. The recommended daily dose is a maximum of 2 pieces — do not exceed the recommended caffeine dose. The pouches do not require drink preparation, so you can easily take them with you to work, training, or while traveling.
