Oxymel is an old recipe: vinegar and honey, in which vegetables and herbs are macerated. This version is based on apple cider vinegar and, besides hemp, includes onion, ginger root, and garlic.<\/p>\n

The taste is sour-sweet and sharp because garlic and ginger remain in the macerate. The manufacturer states that the maceration lasts several weeks and is done manually.<\/p>\n
